How can I track my order?
Once we have despatched your order, we will send you an e-mail containing the couriers tracking reference for your order (UPS or Royal Mail).
Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?
For credit and debit card payments, we can deliver to an alternative address that is not the billing address.
For finance orders we MUST deliver to the billing address.
For PayPal, we will only deliver to addresses specified on your PayPal account.
Do I need to be at home for my delivery?
Because we value your purchase we make sure all orders sent by UPS must be signed for, so please ensure that someone is there to receive your order on the day that it is due. Your delivery can be tracked on the couriers website and we will let you know once your order has been despatched.
What happens if I am not at home?
If our courier attempts to deliver your parcel and you're out, they will leave a note with details of when they will attempt to deliver again or if they will leave it at a collection point.
Can I have my order delivered on a specific day?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a specific day delivery. However, we do offer a next day delivery service. For more information please see delivery options above.
